Boston Pipe Replacement. A Boston area apartment building contacted us in regards to pipe replacement. The manager of the building was hesitant to have the pipe replaced due to the fact that some residents would have to be re-located until everything was restored. The unforeseen costs were not taken into account and the Boston building manager had some unhappy residents on her hands.
