Big Pipelining Jobs For Boston

perma-liner

Boston, many of your residents own homes that are well over a hundred years old and so is it’s sewer pipe-lining. One of our area residents Molly, recently purchased a home on the outskirts of Boston. Molly completely understood going into this that she was purchasing an older home that was going to have unexpected issues, but she was won over by its charm. What, Molly, and other homeowners did not expect was to deal with the storm water and overall lack luster state of sewers of the city, she was now on the search for help.

Molly first called a random plumbing company out of the phone book to come out. They found the house on file with the previous owner’s name. They informed Molly that they came out in 2007 and installed the pump, snaked the drain and instructed the owner of 3 breaks in the sewer pipe that should be fixed promptly. The three breaks in the sewer pipe-lining were never fixed by the previous owners.

Fearing that she would have to dig up her yard and maybe even tear down walls of her historic home, she did further investigation to see if there were alternatives. Desperately she searched the internet, talked to friends and family. Then she found a Certified Installer of Perma-Liner a trenchless technology.

A Certified Perma-Liner Installer was hired by Molly and here is what he found “We found moisture in the basement. It’s a dirt floor and the house is a 100 years old. Then we found the basement flooding. The sump pump was installed incorrectly by the previous owner where it was draining into the main sewer drain. The city says that’s it’s not up to code. During the storm this week, the drain was backed up from the street and our sump pump was trying to pump the water out, which then forced water to shoot out of the drain and onto the floor.”

There were many cracks and breaks in the sewer pipes and they needed to be replaced. The Perma-Liner Certified Installer assured Molly that there would be no digging since they use “trenchless” technology as opposed to digging, which made Molly ecstatic with joy! Her old home and its infrastructure would not be further damaged by much need repair, the time for the work to be done would be less than a day, and she saved thousands of dollars!

End of story, Boston, Molly is a happy homeowner and her classic home has retained its old world charm. Boston, do you have an old home that needs sewer-pipelining repairs done?
